Game design and level design for a series of puzzles for a computer game,
2025-2026

Furnish master
Furnish Master is a relaxing interior design game focused on furnishing apartments, houses, commercial spaces, and outdoor environments.

The project was created by Alexander Blintsov and released in Early Access on Steam in winter 2024, reaching over 100,000 copies sold by autumn 2025.

The game features both a story mode with economic elements and a sandbox mode. For the story mode, I was responsible for designing a series of puzzle-driven levels — more than 50 unique locations, each built around distinct mechanics and gameplay challenges.

More information about the project is available on the official website, the Steam page, and the YouTube channel.

  • Mechanics
I designed and developed over 50 gameplay puzzles covering a wide range of mechanics, including logical and mathematical challenges, classic puzzles, conveyor-based systems, item search and combination tasks, as well as spatial and optical puzzles.
  • Asset Design
I created 3D assets for in-game scenes, ranging from individual objects to environmental elements. All assets were developed in Blender, with careful attention to the project’s visual style and optimization for use in Unreal Engine 5.
  • Level Design
I designed game scenes and spaces where mechanics are revealed through composition, scale, and object placement. The level design supports the game’s pacing and gently guides the player’s attention without relying on rigid constraints.
